You're welcome to use this form for questions and suggestions, but if you use it to report a bug, we insist on:
only one bug per form
. Understanding and responding to one bug can be complicated enough. If you use this form to report more than one bug, we will reply asking you to resubmit with a focus on each bug.

below. Without knowing anything except what you put in the steps, without guessing or interpreting, we must be able to recreate the error condition that you summarize in the Description area below.

We respond to every one of these reports, sometimes by pointing out how you can do what you were trying to do, and sometimes by posting directly from this report into a task assigned to a programmer to fix the bug or add the feature that you requested.

You need not use all 3 steps below, but it often helps if you do. Always use the first step to describe the last place where everything seemed to be working OK. Clip-and-paste the page or form URL from your browser into the URL field.
Step 2 and 3 should describe what went wrong. Clip-and-paste error messages instead of summarizing those in your own words.
Use your PrtSc key to grab screenshots if you find yourself describing a result page, particularly if the problem involves formatting or data layout.
Key to the steps is clarity and brevity so we can avoid the common situation where we close out a bug report because we cannot recreate the problem, perhaps because we tested the bug a little differently than you.
